How is true CPA different from what Meta reports?: Meta counts a conversion the moment someone checks out. We wait for your store to tell us what actually happened — delivered, returned, or refused — and divide your spend by delivered orders only. In COD markets that gap is routinely 30–50%.
What exactly is the trial?: Starter, Growth, and Scale each start with a 14-day trial billed once up front — $1, $2, and $4 respectively. It is a real charge, so a card is required. Your plan price begins after day 14. Agency has no trial and bills immediately.
What counts toward my monthly order limit?: Orders dated within the current calendar month. The count resets on the 1st, so a busy month never follows you into the next one.
What happens if I hit the limit?: New orders stop being ingested until the month resets or you upgrade. Nothing already synced is touched — your existing KPIs stay intact and keep updating.
Which platforms do you support?: Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads on the ad side. Shopify and WooCommerce on the store side, plus a custom store option.
